Lana and Tristen braved rain, wind and cold to go fishing. Lana, lulled to sleep by the waves had the knack of waking just when a fish would hit. There were plenty of kings out there, but the size varied as you can see. The east wind moved the temperature break up to 30 feet.

  1. wow 30 feet!! that would open up all kinds of options for a walleye guy!!

pretty good fishing up there somewhat early this year – very nice!!!!!! Got some great smiles with Lana and Tristen.

I hope to have a year or two of this in the future!

Still rigging my old boat and chasing the kids…… be up there soon – I hope.

    great reports!

    • I just got back from a fishing trip to the Dry Tortugas. It was pretty cool and designed to bring any fisherman to his knees with the ability to fish for 48 hours straight. Don’t take too long to rig the boat. fishing is passing you by.
