A limit of woodcock and seven grouse give meaning to the words blessed and perfect.
While we didn’t see big numbers of grouse today, I did see nearly twenty and a sack full of woodcock.
Tonight the northern lights are pulsing down on the north woods in pink and pale colors and I’m wondering how they will affect hunting tomorrow. It looks like a good day ahead.
